Responsible AI at Sri Bintang Education
Sri Bintang Education is committed to the safe, ethical and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in teaching, learning, student support, school operations and communication.
AI may be used to support learning, improve productivity and strengthen school processes. However, it does not replace teachers, human judgement, student effort, safeguarding responsibilities or academic integrity.
Our Responsible AI Policy and Framework sets out how AI may be used within the school community, the safeguards we apply, and the responsibilities of students, parents and staff.
The policy is guided by recognised AI governance and education references, including Singapore’s AI-in-Education guidance, Singapore’s Model AI Governance Frameworks, AI Verify principles, Singapore PDPC data protection guidance, Singapore CSA AI security guidance, Malaysia’s National Guidelines on AI Governance and Ethics, and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to read the policy to understand SBE’s approach to responsible AI use and the expectations placed on the school community.
